Gerhard Beck

Gerhard Beck was born in 1951 in Palatinate (Neustadt an der Weinstrasse) in Germany. He lives in the north of Germany with his girlfriend Birgit and 5 dogs and 6 cats.. He is busy drawing with Caran D’Ache Neocolor II Water Soluble Wax Pastels and pencil. He has had two exhibitions of his drawings, one in Essen, another one in Berlin. Earliest childhood
What is lacking ? The doctors would like to know.
Delays, limitations
Lack of practical experience and common sense
Don’t look at me that way, so stiffly

Where is the abundance of meaning ?
Too close to other persons
And this way of speaking, so precocious
And this endless pausing

Woefully little mutuality
Where is empathy ?
Obsessed and rigid instead
In any case: lifelong !
